Drain hose designed for washing machines and dishwashers
The MASCO Washing Machine Outlet Pipe is a corrugated drain hose used to route waste water from washing machines, dishwashers and utility sinks to the drain outlet. The concertina wall lets the hose bend tightly without kinking, so the drain never gets choked when the appliance is pushed back against the wall.
Sizes, colours and fit
Available in 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 metre lengths in both grey and white to match modern appliance finishes and utility-room decor. The wide-mouth end fits standard washing-machine outlet nozzles without an adaptor, so installation is a straight push-fit — no clamps required for standard use.
Odour blocking and long service life
The corrugated PVC formulation blocks drain odours from tracking back into the utility room — a common complaint with cheap drain hoses that go stiff and lose their seal at the outlet. MASCO tests every batch for kink recovery and odour resistance so the hose keeps performing through years of daily cycles.
Installation and maintenance
Route the hose in a gentle upward curve to the drain point to prevent siphon-back into the machine. Because the corrugation is flexible in both directions, the hose can be cut to length with a household knife and clamped at either end when a very long drain run is needed. No special tools are required.
