Process
From polymer to pallet
— in four controlled steps.
01
Raw material
Virgin polymer compound is tested for K-value, moisture and impurity before entering the mixing hopper.

Extrusion
Twin-screw extruders shape molten polymer into pipes, hoses, tubes and profiles at controlled temperature and pressure.

Sizing & cooling
Vacuum sizing tanks and calibrated water baths lock in wall thickness within ±0.1 mm tolerance.
04
QC & packaging
Every batch is sampled for burst pressure, flex, colour match and marking before palletising.
